Bù Gia Mập holds the 1st Agricultural Products Trade Fair.

On the evening of 29-10, the People's Committee of Bù Gia Mập District organized the opening ceremony of the district's 1st Agricultural Products Trade Fair, in 2024. Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee Lý Trọng Nhân, along with leaders from several provincial departments, boards, and branches, attended the opening ceremony.

The trade fair attracted more than 100 booths from companies, businesses, cooperatives, and cooperative groups both inside and outside the province. Bù Gia Mập District alone has 32 booths. The trade fair is designed into 5 main areas displaying typical agricultural products: OCOP products; regional specialty foods; seedlings, high-yield and high-quality crops, new crops; agricultural equipment, fertilizers, pesticides, biological products; livestock products and technologies; commercial goods; and fine art wood products, ornamental plants, and bonsai.

The trade fair takes place over 6 days (from 29-10 to 3-11) at the Bù Gia Mập District Administrative Center. Besides displaying and introducing products, and sightseeing and shopping, the trade fair also includes activities such as: organizing seminars on e-commerce; durian care in the post-harvest period; applying technology to livestock and poultry farming; and a beautiful booth competition.

The trade fair aims to introduce the achievements, potential, and strengths in agriculture of Bù Gia Mập District as well as the province. Especially specialty agricultural products and processed products from agricultural products. At the same time, it enhances trade promotion in the field of agriculture and typical products; and promotes the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
